Been fighting a bacterial infection for the last 5 weeks. On second antibiotic now and hope it does the trick. My conditioning is very low. I have been to the pool once or twice a week though. Also last weekend did a 60 mile ride to Saluda where I joined Doug Guth for portions.
No events will be done soon as a result. Hope to get back into shape and maybe do a triathlon and train for Miracle Hill cycling challenge. Would like some help from sponsors for that event to help the homeless in the SC upstate. Goto miraclehill.org/cycling and see my fundraising page.
