Miracle hill century ride

Great century ride. Doug and I stayed together pretty much the whole way and came in the finish together in tie for 5th century riders. Rob Dempsey came in 4th and we played cat and mouse with him a little. We raised almost $80,000 for the MH Ministries.

In training for SC HALF Tri 70.3

I have registered for the 8/29 SC Half triathlon. It is at Lake Greenwood. I am apprehsive about it since I have only done the sprint lengths so far. Just hope to finish it. Also I hope to break 5.7 hours and approach 5.5 hours.
