Mid-July.

Mid July 7/11 ran with Rob on Srt from the Y. Ran and walked 8.4 miles. After we parted I ran 3.2 more.  Later swam 1000 yds.  7/12. Got in 47 mile bike over Paris mtn. SRT down to the Y and back to P.M. Backside in 16 minutes. Storms luckily never happened, but it threatened all day.   7/16 long work weekend over with no running. Oh well. Ran about 4.5 miles in high heat but with about 1/3 shaded.  7/17 rode over to and over Paris Mtn then to Furman University to meet Rob. Rob and I got on the route to Saluda but as planned only went to Old 25 and back using the Dividing Waters/Callahan Mtn loop.  Went fishing later with Kristen.  Still thinking of doing 3 day bike camping trip on the 19th but I won't probably be able to leave early Friday. Lack preparation.
